These works were created for the Affordable Art Fair in New York, May 6th to 9th, 2010.

Look Up! 36" x 36" oil on canvas. My purpose as an artist is to make the viewer see the world as I see it, full of its vibrant color and dancing, joyful lines. Do you?

SOLD ~ Catching Clouds, 36" x 36" ~ As I lie on my back, staring out of my studio window, I can see the tops of these delicate trees, trying to catch the clouds that hang over their top branches. The branches are multi-colored threads, like childhood sweaters. This is modeled after the idea of a bubble with its iridescent surface.

Sunrise - 36" x 36" ~ Oil on Canvas ~ 2010 ~ Walking on the first warm morning of Spring, as the sun rises, the trees sway in the breeze.

I Remember ~ 36" x 36" In my childhood, I was heavily influenced by the smooth Disney cartoons, and their styling. This one draws on that heritage and tells of the secret lives of trees.

SOLD ~ Walk With Me ~ 36" x 36". Dare you walk with me in the woods at night? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â

Suburban Lens ~ 36" x 36" oil on canvas. I stood in a park at night in a Texas suburb to get the idea of the passage time, and space, as the world spins.
