Draw365 Project

Click on the image to the left to see all 365 artworks on Pinterest; or view a slideshow, below. This slideshow plays all the images from the very first iPhone drawing to my final iPad drawing a year later:

For the first time, I have decided to make each one available as a print on request, directly created by me on my archival-ink studio printer printed on 100% cotton rag art paper, to ensure quality, and so I can hand-sign each one and customize as requested.

The two sizes I recommend are 13″ x 19″ ($50) and 8″ x 10″ ($30), although requests for different sizes can be accommodated.

You can view all iPad artworks on Pinterest from the very first on my iPhone, through to my final ones, or view the slideshow at the bottom of this page.

To order a print, or discuss your requirements, email me at alison@alisonjardine.com and be sure to include the number of the artwork, and the title.

About this Project
During 2010 through 2011, I completed a project to create 365 iPad drawings. Each drawing was shared on social media, and I aimed to upload one each day.

I had intended this project to be a visual diary, with no overall theme, and with each drawing taking no more than 30 minutes, and with little expectation that it would intermingle with my ‘regular’ oil painting day job. By the end of the project, however, I had begun to understand the potential of the iPad as an art device, and it has absolutely changed the way I approach and create my oil paintings.

As well as developing new skills, this project proved popular, and gained me a lot of publicity for my art; I was featured in print art magazines, on television (CBS11), provided artwork for an ebook, and my works will potentially on the Big Screens during London 2012 Olympics (with the LIVELIVE project).

Thank you for viewing!
