Sunlight Abstractions
The Art in the Machine
Sunlight Abstractions is a process-driven set of oil paintings and digital works. All of my work is altered in some way by the lens of the camera, and the pixel of our ubiquitous screens. These works weave my ideas about memory and human identity within our natural environment with visceral explorations of the properties and possibilities of paint, as opposed to digital mediums.
You can read more about it in my post The Art in the Machine.
